I created this program which will take you through my signature 3 pillar framework of healing and transformation.

  • The first key is connection - embodiment is all about connecting to this earthly vessel, so we're gonna gt you there! We'll do a little movement to establish the connection to your body and heighten the sensations you are able to feel.


  • The second key is clearing away all the conditioning your subconscious has endured over your lifetime. We will have a beautiful meditation and EFT Tapping practice here.


  • The third key is all about creating the life of your dreams and learning how to embody your manifestations, really making them come quicker! We'll go deep with some journal prompts and another beautiful meditation.


I wanted to create a course that was self paced, so people could really take their time and work through it slowly and gently. This is deep work. It deserves all the care and attention you can give it.
